I decided to take a trip to the Container Store to find a new way to display my shells. Since I am a shell snob now, only the best make it in here. 🙂 It is high up on a shelf, away from little hands. I used a Bigso Stockholm Document Box in Turquoise, clear rectangular boxes with lids and some felt. I am sure I will outgrow this at some point, but for now I am in love!
Since my shelling eye has started to get a little sharper I have cleaned out my shell collection, only keeping my favorites. Here is my collection as it stands:
I Love Augers!
How I organize, at least until the collection grows…
I keep a tiny jar of mini shells on my desk and my largest shell on my porch!
We decided to make a tiny At Home Beach with the Leopard Crab shell we found. Trouble is kids like to shake things, bye bye crab shell into a thousand tiny pieces. It was pretty though.
